This Cancellation & Refund Policy governs all bookings made through Voyage Connect LLP (“Voyage Connect”, “we”, “us”, “our”) via our website https://voyageconnect.in , mobile platforms, payment gateways, or offline channels.
By making a booking, you agree to this Policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions.
1. APPLICABILITY
This policy applies to:
- Domestic and international customers
- Flight bookings (domestic & international)
- Hotel bookings
- Farm stay / homestay bookings
- All payments made online or offline
2. GENERAL CANCELLATION PRINCIPLES
- All cancellations and refunds are governed by the rules of the respective service provider (airlines, hotels, farm stays).
- Some bookings may be non-refundable or partially refundable.
- Voyage Connect acts only as a booking facilitator and cannot override supplier policies.
3. FLIGHT CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
3.1 Airline Fare Rules
- Flight tickets are subject to the fare rules of the issuing airline.
- Cancellation charges, date change fees, and refund eligibility vary by airline, fare type, sector, and class.
3.2 BSP Settlement Rule (India – Mandatory Clause)
Flight tickets issued in India are settled under the IATA Billing and Settlement Plan (BSP), which follows a daily settlement cut-off at 00:00 hours (IST).
- Customers must verify ticket details immediately upon issuance.
- Any discrepancy or cancellation request must be raised before 00:00 IST on the same calendar day of ticket issuance.
- Once a ticket is settled under BSP, all cancellations and refunds are strictly governed by airline and BSP rules.
- Voyage Connect LLP shall not be responsible for refund limitations after BSP settlement.
3.3 Flight Refund Timelines
- Refunds are initiated only after airline approval.
- Airline refunds may take 7–45 working days depending on airline, fare type, and bank processing cycles.
- Service fees, convenience fees, and payment gateway charges may be non-refundable.
4. HOTEL CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
4.1 Cancellation Rules
- Hotel cancellation policies vary by property, rate plan, season, and location.
- Some hotel bookings may be fully non-refundable.
- Cancellation deadlines are calculated based on hotel local time.
4.2 No-Show Policy
- Failure to check in without prior cancellation (“No-show”) may result in 100% forfeiture of the booking amount.
- No refund shall be applicable for no-shows unless permitted by the hotel.
4.3 Refund Processing
- Refunds, if applicable, are processed after confirmation from the hotel.
- Processing timelines may range from 7–21 working days after approval.
5. FARM STAY / HOMESTAY CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
- Farm stays and homestays often operate under strict cancellation policies.
- Many farm stay bookings are non-refundable due to limited inventory.
- Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the individual property’s policy.
- Any damage, misconduct, or violation of house rules may result in forfeiture of refund.
6. PARTIAL UTILIZATION
No refund will be provided for partially utilized services (early check-out, missed flights, unused nights, or unused inclusions).
7. PAYMENT MODE & REFUND METHOD
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment only.
- Cash refunds are not permitted.
- Voyage Connect does not control bank or card issuer processing timelines.
8. SERVICE & CONVENIENCE FEES
Voyage Connect service fees, convenience fees, and payment gateway charges are generally non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
No refunds are guaranteed for cancellations arising due to:
- Natural disasters
- Pandemics
- Government restrictions
- Airline strikes
- Political unrest unless specifically allowed by the service provider.
10. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
- Customers are encouraged to contact Voyage Connect before raising a chargeback.
- Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in booking cancellation and recovery proceedings.
- All chargebacks are subject to investigation and supporting documentation.
11. REFUND REJECTION
Refunds may be denied in cases of:
- No-shows
- Invalid or late cancellation requests
- Non-refundable bookings
- Violation of supplier policies
- Incorrect or incomplete customer information
12. POLICY UPDATES
Voyage Connect LLP reserves the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website with a revised effective date.
