These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern the use of the website https://voyageconnect.in, mobile platforms, payment gateways, and all bookings made through Voyage Connect LLP.

By accessing, browsing, or booking any service through Voyage Connect LLP, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

2. APPLICABILITY

These Terms apply to:

All domestic and international customers
All bookings for flights, hotels, farm stays, homestays, and related travel services
All payments made online or offline

3. ROLE OF VOYAGE CONNECT

Voyage Connect LLP acts only as a booking facilitator / intermediary / agent.

We do not own, operate, or control airlines, hotels, farm stays, or accommodation providers. All services are delivered by independent third-party service providers under their own terms, rules, and conditions.

4. ELIGIBILITY

You must be 18 years or older
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
You confirm that all information provided during booking is accurate and complete

5. BOOKINGS & CONFIRMATION

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of request
A booking is considered confirmed only after payment is received and a confirmation voucher / e-ticket is issued
Prices may change until confirmation
Customers must review booking details immediately upon receipt

6. PRICING & PAYMENTS

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise
Prices may exclude:
- Government taxes
- Airport or airline surcharges
- Local levies or resort fees
For international bookings, currency fluctuation differences may apply

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. Voyage Connect does not store card or banking details.

7. FLIGHT BOOKINGS (DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL)

7.1 Airline Rules

All flight tickets are governed by the fare rules and conditions of the respective airline
Changes, cancellations, refunds, and no-shows are strictly subject to airline policies

7.2 BSP Settlement & Discrepancy Reporting (India-Specific)

Flight tickets issued in India are settled under the IATA Billing and Settlement Plan (BSP), which follows a daily settlement cut-off at 00:00 hours (IST).

Customers must verify all flight ticket details immediately upon issuance
Any discrepancy related to passenger name, travel date, sector, fare, or taxes must be reported before 00:00 IST on the same calendar day of ticket issuance
Once the ticket is settled under BSP, modifications, corrections, cancellations, or refunds shall be governed strictly by airline and BSP rules

Voyage Connect LLP shall not be responsible for limitations imposed after the BSP settlement.

7.3 Schedule Changes & Disruptions

Voyage Connect is not liable for:

Flight delays
Cancellations
Schedule or aircraft changes
Missed connections caused by airlines or external factors

7.4 Flight Refunds

Refund eligibility depends entirely on airline approval
Service fees, convenience fees, and payment gateway charges may be non-refundable
Refund timelines depend on airline and bank processing cycles

8. HOTEL BOOKINGS

8.1 Check-in / Check-out

Standard check-in and check-out times apply as per hotel policy
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges

8.2 Cancellation & No-Show

Cancellation charges vary by property
No-shows may result in 100% forfeiture of the booking amount
Some bookings may be non-refundable

8.3 Hotel Conduct

Guests must follow:

Hotel rules
Property policies
Local laws

Hotels may deny accommodation for non-compliance without refund.

9. FARM STAYS / HOMESTAYS

9.1 Nature of Stay

Farm stays and homestays may involve:

Rural or natural environments
Animals, uneven terrain, limited facilities

Guests acknowledge and accept inherent risks.

9.2 Guest Responsibilities

Guests must:

Follow host instructions
Supervise children at all times
Respect property, staff, and surroundings

9.3 Property Damage

Any damage caused may be charged directly by the property owner or deducted from deposits where applicable.

10. CANCELLATION, AMENDMENT & REFUNDS (GENERAL)

All cancellations are governed by supplier policies
Some services may be partially or fully non-refundable
Refunds, if applicable, are processed only after supplier confirmation
Voyage Connect service fees may not be refundable

11. NO-SHOW POLICY

Failure to utilize booked services without prior cancellation may result in full or partial forfeiture with no refund entitlement.

12. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS & COMPLIANCE

Customers are solely responsible for:

Passports
Visas
Transit permits
Health certificates
Immigration compliance

Denied boarding or entry shall not be the responsibility of Voyage Connect LLP.

13. TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for:

Medical emergencies
Cancellations
Delays
Baggage loss

Insurance is not included unless explicitly stated.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Voyage Connect LLP shall not be liable for:

Acts or omissions of third-party service providers
Accidents, injuries, losses, or delays
Force majeure events
Indirect or consequential damages

Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected service.

15. FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party shall be liable for failure due to events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, or political unrest.

16. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

Customer data is processed in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws. By using our services, you consent to data sharing with suppliers strictly for service fulfillment.

17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, branding, logos, and materials on voyageconnect.in are the property of Voyage Connect LLP and may not be copied or reused without permission.

18. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of India Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

19. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

Voyage Connect LLP reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website.
