Cancellations of confirmed booking leave the resort in a difficult position to re-sell valuable space and hence confirmed bookings should be cancelled at least one week before the function date.
50% amount of the total guaranteed number of people has to be paid on the time confirming the party.

In case of any cancellation after confirming the function a retention charge equivalent to 50% of the guaranteed billing would be levied.
In case of cancellation within 72 hours prior to the commencement of the room booking or events the resort reserves the right to charge 100% of the total billing.

INFANT POLICY - 00 TO 04 YEARS WILL COUNT AS INFANT, INFANT STAY AND MEAL PLAN COMPLIMENTARY, BED NEED TO ADJUST WITH PARENTS.
