This is a standalone property and houses 4 separate units.The villa is home to an abundance of artifacts and paintings. Guests are requested to be careful around them.All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.Smoking is allowed in the lawn area only.Guests do not have access to the commercial kitchen and the store room in Unit 1.Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 11 PM.All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.The villa is located in a secluded area.Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.The road leading up to the villa might not be concrete and it is not advisable for pregnant ladies to travel to this villa given the road conditions.All-male groups and unmarried couples are not allowed to book the property.Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.This is not a pet-friendly property.Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.A refundable deposit will be collected by the caretaker/ StayVista representative at check-in and returned at check-out, provided there are no damages or missing items.Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.Please note that a few stairs do not have railings, Guests are requested to be careful regarding the same.This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the property.We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.Please note that Unit 4 and Unit 1 house a total of 2 bedrooms each, out of which guests have access to only 1 bedroom on the ground floor.The caretaker resides on the premises of the property.Mobile networks such as Jio work fairly well here.Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.In case of a power outage, the 40 and 25 KVA generator can support all appliances for up to 6 hours.
