The deposit is fully refundable and will be returned within 5–7 working days after check-out, provided there are no damages to the property, violations of house rules, or delays in check-out procedures. Smoking within the premises is allowed
Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas, such as balconies, lawns, or designated smoking zones. It is strictly prohibited inside the rooms.
