Guests are requested not to invite outside visitors in the room during their stay.
We do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples to checkin. This is at full discretion of the hotel management. No refund would be applicable in case the checkin is denied under such circumstances. Valid Govt Issued ID proof (bearing the holders photograph and address) is required at the time of check in for all guests. Foreign nationals are required to present their Passport and valid Visa. Indian nationals can present any one of these, which is mandatory: Passport, Driving License, Voter ID card, Aadhar Card bearing the holders photograph and address. Accommodation can deny if guests posing as couple and may suspect as unmarried couple. Early checkin and Late Checkouts are subject to availability and to be confirmed with hotel directly. Extra charges will apply as per the Hotel policy. The hotel does not provide storage facility other than rooms reserved by the guest and will not accept liability for any damage incurred to uncollected material - All things stored will be at the guests own risk. The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional/extra services and facilities (such as extra food and beverage charges , room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls etc., ). These will be charged at the time of check-out. Important Note: There will be Seasonal Hike on Room Tariff for October , November and December Months , Such charges if any to be paid at the hotel directly during the time of Checkin. In case of increase in tariff during the special festivals season (Public holidays , Local festivals/events, Long Weekends and Carnival period Dec 20 to Jan 10 ), the customer is liable to pay the difference Value at the time of Check-in, if the Check-in date falls during those periods. Also , most of the hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement for the Christmas eve and New Year's eve on the stay during respective periods , such charges also to be paid at the hotel directly.
