Ingredients will be charged as per actuals. - A bonfire can be lit at an additional cost of Rs. 1000, per session. - The jacuzzi can be accessed at an additional cost of Rs. 1500, per hour. - Please note that the Jacuzzi requires a preparation time of 5 hours. During winters, the water temperature may be lukewarm due to the low temperatures. - To use the Jacuzzi, prepayment is required before your session. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. GUEST ACCESS The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. HOUSE RULES & HOME TRUTHS Please note that there is a friendly pet dog at the property. All-male groups are not allowed. A baby chair is available at the property. This is a wheelchair-friendly property. Pets are not allowed. In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 8 hours. Beyond that, DG cost will be borne by the guests. All mobile networks work fairly well here. Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed. Outside food is not allowed at the property. Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. Guests are advised to shut the windows once its dark, during monsoon. Given the presence of greenery around, it is prone to insects or bugs. There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
